From early on, I was drawn to freedom, responsibility, and creating respectful spaces where people feel seen and empowered. That thread carried through my career—over seven years of leadership in IT, building strong, diverse teams and helping them grow into their full potential. But it was always the one-on-one moments that stood out.

Becoming a personal coach

I found myself naturally coaching—listening deeply, helping people uncover their motivators, navigate challenges, and gain clarity. Over time, it became clear: these conversations weren’t just part of my role, they were my calling.
Driven by curiosity and a love of science-backed learning, I trained at the NeuroLeadership Institute in the UK and became an ICF-certified coach. It was a transformative experience that brought together my long-time passion for psychology, self-development, and future-focused action.

Coaching feels like the place where everything aligns—my values, strengths, and purpose. Today, I help people reconnect with themselves, make meaningful change, and step into the life they want to lead—with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Personal coaching - an individual approach

Many of the people who reach out to me are engineers and tech professionals looking for support in navigating both personal and professional challenges. My coaching style is calm, respectful, and grounded in trust. Clients often tell me they feel safe, inspired, and relieved after our sessions—and that’s exactly the kind of space I aim to create.
